The information about insurance coverage was not clear or accurate. I was told a procedure was covered, but later I was asked to pay a significant amount. This experience affected my trust, and I think better transparency is needed

If you have anxiety about getting dental work done, this is the best place to go. Everyone is so sweet! >>EDIT:<< I still think everyone’s really sweet, but a year later the teeth that the dentist worked on have caused the worst pain I’ve ever felt. I have visited Ivory Smiles several times over the past year. On Mar. 23 my wife and I visited for our six month cleaning and were charged $332 compared to $246 just 6 months ago. I was shocked to receive a 35% increase. My cleaning may have constituted 20 minutes at most and roughly the same for my wife. When questioning the bill, the receptionist, Natalie, advised costs had risen and the doctor did some extra things without elaborating.
