First impressions are very important! Georgette took care of my needs by phone today, and I was surprised to find out she is in training because of her knowledge. You can't teach good customer service so it makes sense. She could be anywhere and bring her winning attitude to the table!
I have been taking my daughter here since she was 2. She always looks forward to going. The staff is caring and very friendly. I wish a place like this existed when I was a child. It may have helped me by preventing my anxiety and fear about going to the dentist to this day.
I love the dentist there. They are all good. My kids love going to dentist as do I now.
I was extremely happy with Dr Ghetia and will return! The cleaning staff not so much but they have over a dozen hygienists so all you have to do is tell them not to put you with that hygienist in the future voila problem solved! Note: the hygienist was incredibly rough and rushed - I literally sat down at 30 min after and stood up at 46 minutes after � and my mouth hurt for a week
I like Hamilton Dental ...the billing process is an issue sometimes but it's getting better.
Great care and personalities here. Been coming for many years.
