I went there when my kids were little. They wanted to put him to sleep to clean his teeth. I walked out and never went back. I go to a wonderful dentist for years. They are awful in there.
I definitely recommend Hamilton Dental for pediatric care but I am highly upset with the way my appointment was handled today! When I originally scheduled my appointment I made it clear to the scheduler that I had heart failure and would need a clearance from cardiologist and I was told I would get a phone call once they got it so I could make an appointment. RecommendedThey are really good but they sent me a letter with bad news. They won't accept my insurance anymore (Horizon NJ health) (Medicaid). I don't know why. I was really sad because I was a patient for 34 years. Thank god I found another dentists ( Apex Dental 795 Parkway Ave Ewing NJ next to IHOP ) and I just have a cavity fixed. And you know what ? I didn't hurt a all. I was very happy. They also have a specialist for root canal. So I guess it's better for me
I have been a patient at Hamilton Dental for 15 years, and unfortunately will not be returning, which is long overdue. The dental hygienists at Hamilton Dental lack compassion and present with astonishingly poor bedside manner. As a patient who has a clear dental history (never had a cavity, braces, or any form of oral surgery), the comments made during yearly dental cleanings have been disrespectful and truly shocking. They are a rip off... I do not recommend. My son and I have been going here for years. Had me pay over 6k out of pocket for my sons braces the result was not what they promised and with paying that money out of pocket n the ending balance being $81.00 put me in collections. As for me I walked in there with a cracked tooth n a year later still have the same cracked tooth. I had to pay for unnecessary services sent me to pull a tooth ( not the cracked one) pay more money. I hate the dentist....Heather my DH makes it bearable. She is the best!
Have been a patient for years. Now all of a sudden I have to wait 9 months for an appt for a routine cleaning? See ya Hamilton dental! I'll find a more accommodating dental office.
