Ironically the doctors hygienists and staff in the back are caring professional and tops in the field the same can NOT be said of the front office staff. I pay a premium for dental insurance, and all I ask for is to schedule appointments with the same hygienist and doctor. The information is in the computer for all to see in BOLD yet they can’t seem to get it right. And I’m reasonable, a doc or hygienist could take a personal day, IF that was what occurred it would be one thing, but just not the case. It’s the scheduling st... read more
I am working mother of 2 and my time is very tight. I need to schedule dental work, and last night was told all dental work outside of cleanings, need to be scheduled from 8am to 330 pm. This is not only inconvenient, but impossible for me. I have been a patient for 20 years, and have never had this issue. I need to now find a new dentist
Business response:
Theresa, thank you for your feedback! We’re going to have someone reach out to you to hopefully resolve this, because, as you said, this “time restriction” is highly unusual. Our hours are 8a-8p M/W/Th and 8a-5p Tu/F with available Saturdays as well. While we will at times request that children (especially young ones) be seen earlier in the day to better manage their care, we absolutely have afternoon and evening hours. Again, hopefully we can resolve this issue for you soon! Thank you for letting us know!
They are right on time. Professional. However, having to pay for their PPE is insane. I worked in NYC Covid response team and it was supplied by the city and we didn't make our patients pay. For the amount of revenue they make, we should all be in this together, not charge your patients.
For the first time in years I felt my most recent visit was very impersonal. They should tell people what their procedure is with all the Covid prevention practices in place. I agree that I should not be charged a $10 PPE fee. It is an expense that you incur running a business. It is also an expense that I incur being in public. And when you finally do see the doctor they don’t introduce themselves and every time I go I get a different doctor.
Very thorough cleaning but I should not be charged $10 for PPE. That should be a business expense in these unprecedented times. Who pays for my PPE? Imagine if every business decided to do this...
Being a patient for years love the staff and dentist. The cost is a bit much to consult is $247 to advise the wisdom teeth need to be removed but that’s not even to do the work for the actual extraction.
I have been going here for over 25 years since I was a little kid and typically have good experiences. However in 2018 I started to have pain in one of my teeth. I went to get it checked and was told I needed a root canal. My first one! So over a period of 3 months, Nov-Jan, I had the root canal and crown and spent over $1,000 out of pocket. On my recent 6 month visit I let them know I was having some pain in that tooth again. They told me it would cost me $150 just to have someone look at it. And then who knows how much mor... read more
