Nice community of ladies running the place, but extremely poor service. I was in for my scans 8 weeks ago, was told it would take 2-3 weeks to develop a plan. I’ve called at least 3 times for a follow up, and they keep saying that it’ll just take a bit longer to develop. I do understand these things take time, but it’s not fair to have someone waiting thinking the plan is right around the corner for 8 weeks.

The information about insurance coverage was not clear or accurate. I was told a procedure was covered, but later I was asked to pay a significant amount. This experience affected my trust, and I think better transparency is needed

If you have anxiety about getting dental work done, this is the best place to go. Everyone is so sweet! >>EDIT:<< I still think everyone’s really sweet, but a year later the teeth that the dentist worked on have caused the worst pain I’ve ever felt. I’ve had 2 kids and would rather go into labour 10 times over than this pain. I went to this office a year ago to fix a pretty bad tooth, it was a painful procedure (I will admit they were trying very hard to comfort me) and I thought the tooth was fixed….
