My wife went to try and get a tooth pulled. Started off all good appointment for 11:15 am got called at and 9:55 am asked to see if we could come in for 10:15 am said I couldn't make in 20 minutes. How about 10:30 am? I said I could try. Called at 10:20 and told them we were going to be 15 minutes late. Ok no problem. Get to the reception desk at 10:45, receptionist says we are 25 minutes late (nope). She will check to see if the dentist still has time to see us. Absolutely horrible place. The waiting time was about 45min in the lobby and then another 20min in the chair. The place wasn't properly cleaned which is unacceptable for a dental center. The freezing they did for fillings is still here even 2 months after the visit!!! You should go any place else than this

It was somehow made known that she was doing it on my behalf, however she did not know all the issues I had or have been having since. So let's start at the beginning. I had a bad experience at this place , they did a filling and since day 1 was bugging me and all the told me was to wait 6 weeks and the pain and discomfort was gonna go away but never did , went again and they talked about getting a root canal but I got a second opinion and sure enough I went to appleway and they removed the filling was done and put new one yesterday at 10 am and by super i was able to eat with no problem, drinking water or having a coffee without pain , I'll never go back to this parkland clinic

Let's chat about the 1 star. Been going since 2000, since I moved here Never really noticed how bad it was until i went elsewhere -the hygenists gossiped while hovering above me about other employees, this happened often when I went -always rough on the teeth. I never left without bleeding gums or just in excruciating pain. -my fillings i had done a few years ago are starting to break off now. -and to top it off, a dentist who no longer works there told me I have The mouth of a 45 year old, I was 14, I cried . I started going to Parkland around 1997.. My dentist Dr. Zachow was good.. but as time went on the hygienists I had were awful. They were rough and never seemed to care about how their patients felt. The last straw was when I was in so much pain after a cleaning.. I left in tears. My dad also left from bad experiences. I’ve been going to a new office for a year now and it’s the best decision I’ve ever made... I wish I did it sooner.

Got a bill in the mail saying I owe more money for the fillings I recieved after I was told a flat rate of 29 dollars for each tooth to be filled after insurance. Starting to think you're scamming customers. Don't predetermine the estimate. Get the full estimate and bill your customers properly cheapskate. Don't think I'll he becoming back after this. Ridiculous.
