Went in for my first visit to Parkland, the staff is extremely courteous and efficient. It was a pleasure to be there.
Typically I hate going to the dentist and dread every minute of it; however recently I went to parkland mall dental to see dr. Slywka for a filling. He was fantastic; very gentle and efficient. The whole thing took 20 minutes, including the freezing which I barely felt. Knowing that such good dentists are out there has reduced my anxiety and I will only go see him from now on. Started going there and they were all very friendly professional and compassionate. and considering I hate going to dentists as I very much dislike tooth pain . they were very caring to that .. and took very good care of my needs .
I just came in for a cleaning so far, so far so good. Now the rest of my family will be coming back for our dental care. 😊
One of my sons who is usually away working had intense pain near the back of his mouth. When he was off work for a couple days....we assumed none of the dental offices would be able to fit him in right away. I got lucky by calling Parkland Mall Dental Centre first because they fit him in within an hour! His problem was complicated as they had to cut out his bottom wisdom teeth that were abnormally growing forward. He was able to go back a couple days later and the procedure was done smoothly. Great service. Open outside of regular hours so I don't need to take time off work. Direct billing to medical so I don't have to fill out paperwork. Etc. Etc. Could go on. I recommend these guys to everyone.
