Worst experience ever.i recommend no one go directly especially foreigner.if they say it will need $400 to $600 approximately including insurance.then they will give you $1600 almost cheque.shamless everyone.no respect.finally ridiculous.management is worst.never go long run.business not run like this.stu.....

I feel the need to leave 1 star, as the current rating of 4.8 on Google seems to be inaccurate. I’m hoping this review will help bring down the average to set better expectations. I’ve been going here for over 5 years, and as more time passes I have been growing less happy with how they operate. Like the last time, experience wasn't that great! Water splashes on my face, lady who did the cleaning reach tools over my face and her apron touches my face. Same as the last time. I had very bad experience previously as well. Dental assistant put all those uncomfortable thing inside my mouth and left me for a long time. I was drooling!!! After making an appointment they will send you a reminder, telling you that you will be charged a fee for a missing appointment. Almost entire Alberta working outside in all weather conditions and if weather is not permitting to work, we don't charge the weather a fee. Dear dentists I don't know who gave you the authority to charge any fees. Your greed has no boundaries.

I had 4 visits to the dentist, all 3 times went well, but the 4th was terrible. I got the injection as usual, after 3 hours the numbness was gone, but after 5 days my tongue is still numb!! I thought from day to day that it would pass, but alas .. I'll have to go to the clinic and find out what happened.. UPD: I can’t eat normally after fillings, the pain is unbearable, a month has passed, I went to clinic, and they answered that I just needed to file a little, but this didn't help.
