This was my first time at this clinic, and I had an awful experience. My dental hygienist was extremely rude. I left in tears. I have a pretty badly chipped tooth, and while she was cleaning my teeth, she was really rough with that specific tooth, I honestly thought for a second she broke it. It made me jump and make a sound because it hurt badly. Tears started to fall from my eyes, and she told me, "You need to calm down." In an extremely rude tone. I would give zero stars if I could. I had an appointment for a couple fillings and the dentist was extremely rude to me. I left in tears from the way I was spoken to. Will be finding a new dentist.
I am not satisfied with the quality of my dental fillings; in general, every time my teeth have been filled, the filling has unfortunately fallen out after a short period of time

The dentist was very friendly, explaining the new equipment used that eliminates the need for dental dams. His efficiency was great!
I used to enjoy going to this Dental business and had never had a bad experience. The other day I had to have some teeth pulled; I was scared, felt pressures, thought the individuals working with me could be more empathic and was quite emotional when this is not the type of person I am.
