Although, I've only had my first consultation with Dr. Kirk Slywka me and my husband both agree that he has a great chairside manner is a competent, friendly dentist. I thought he was very articulate, easy going and pleasant. After reading reviews online I took a chance with this dentist and was very satisfied. Also, his hygienist Denise was patient, cordial and hospitable.
I broke a front tooth and it was really bothering my tongue. My dentist I had been going to couldn't get me in . I called the Dental Centre and I got in very quickly because of their extended hours. I had a very competent woman dentist who was very friendly. My tooth was fixed quickly and hasn't bothered me since.

It used to be 5 stars. I've complained a couple of times about the washroom. I need the handicap railing to use the toilet. I complained once. The next I used the washroom, it was not fixed again. For over a year now. If you don't care about my safety.. and others. The dental assistants and front desk people are great 😊 So I decided to look for another dentist.
Very unprofessional. Very poor customer service. There also a sign at the front dest offering Lululemon head bands for great reviews. My post was already deleted. So they do delete bad reviews.
Terrifying, most painful experience of my life. Dentists showed little concern. Highly DO NOT recommend. I miss Dr. Sheriff! He was always so gentle, professional and kind. It never hurt when he filled my cavities. The newer, younger dentists here are just awful. My husband and I have been going here for over 10 years. Neither of us will ever return due to the nightmare experience I had here a few weeks ago . Go anywhere BUT HERE!
Appointment at 9;00 AM] wasn’t in the char until 9:15. Then.10 minutes were spent preparing. Other than that appointment was all right.
