I was impressed about how quickly I was seen. I am a new patient with a very busy work schedule. Floss was able to get me an appointment which accommodated my busy schedule.

My first experience with FLOSS was above and beyond any expectations I had going in. The staff members were nice, friendly, and really spent time with me to make sure that any concerns or questions I had were addressed. The facility was clean and very comfortable to be in. I am the type of person who is typically very anxious and uncomfortable at the dentist, but at FLOSS I didn't feel that way...

Absolutely stellar service every second I felt attendee to and was guided in detail about everything that was happening. There was no hard sell on work needed just plain speaking.
