As we all know the last appointment we all want to make is to the dentist. well i finally did, and I must say it was the BEST! Customer service is GREAT! they always acknowledge you by your name, they give you a clear understanding what they are doing and step by step instructions. I can say I will be keeping my follow up appointments. :)

Great first time experience. I appreciate the efforts to introduce patients to the services of the group. The only suggestion is to limit the in between time between services. Based on prior experiences elsewhere the gaps between different services were not as long. Very friendly staff and excellent service and explanations all along the way! Jim

I love the FLOSS in Rice Village. Everyone is so kind and friendly and they treat you like family. They listen to your concerns and do everything they possible can to accommodate you. They are hands down THE BEST. I would never go anywhere else!-CS
I had a great experience at Floss. Everyone was very friendly, and it was the first time I actually had the dentist explain what each slide was, what was going on with me teeth.
All staff were extremely friendly and polite. The hygienist was excellent. Everything was explained clearly.

Dr Justin Ramsey and his crew are second to none. I have been a patient @ Floss for 3 1/2 years and there has NEVER been a time that I was anything but absolutely thrilled with my experience. Because of Dr Ramsey, my teeth are beautifully white, straight, and perfectly even!!! He, most definately, is The Best>
