I've been a patient of Floss when I lived in Dallas 4 yrs ago, I was glad when they opened here in Houston & I didn't have to find a "new" dentist. Having to go to the dentist was never a good feeling, but being a patient of Floss has changed that for me, I love them, it's a great experience every time I go, Dr Ramsey & the whole staff are all awesome!!!!!!!
I couldn't be happier with the whole FLOSS staff! I ashamed to say I experience high anxiety when visiting the denist which has caused me to avoid it for about 15 yrs. On my first visit each person treated me with the utmost respect and care; taking time to allow for my nerves to settle at various time throughout the exam. My visit probably took twice as long as it should have but no one seemed...
Always nice and helpful and everything is made easy
The staff and hygienists were kind and helpful, and the dentist took his time making sure I was comfortable and informed about my options regarding my TMJ. The free teeth whitening is the icing on the cake and both my fiancée and I will be back soon!
The staff was friendly, but seemed over-booked due to the holidays. I was very displeased that the staff attempted to reschedule one of my services for another day, despite my appointment that day being scheduled for both services and this was already my second visit in one week. I did reccomend a friend based on my initial visit and he complained that his wait time was very lengthy.
The service was great! I didn't have to wait long for anything. Dr. Ramsey and his staff are very professional and friendly, everyone was smiling and seemed as though they enjoyed being there.

Best dentists ever!! Dr. Ramsey, Dr. Collison and their staff are the best!! They make you feel comfortable and are just so nice. They are very knowledgeable and very willing to make sure you understand everything that needs to be done. I don’t care for the dentist at all but I’m glad that when I have to go…I go here.
You guys are very friendly and thorough when explaining things. Love the atmosphere and how you make your clients feel so welcome.
