I arrived 15 mins early to my appointment. And wasn’t taken in for my appointment until 10 mins after my appointment time. I understand I cannot enter early, left me feeling unvalued as a client. Once I entered my appointment I updated my hygienist I am on new meds. This displaced more time. Nearly another 10 mins had been added to my appointment. Comes across as unorganized. Rest of the appointment was fine I suppose
The whole team from the front desk to the hygienist and the doctors are amazing !

Dr Ramya and her staff were absolutely amazing with my Mom Ann. She is an 85 year old woman with dental anxiety so they allowed me to be with her during her initial visit. Mom is comfortable enough with Dr Ramya that she is ready to book her next appointment, even though I can’t be with her.

I had a root canal done by dr Naik and her assistant Berna. I was comfortable all through the procedure watching Netflix with headphones on. Dr Naik explained each step and the procedure was smooth and relatively quick. I expected to be in pain the day after but felt fine. At the follow up appointment I had my bite checked and adjusted. Very professional treatment and good experience.
