Everyone was very nice, from the moment I walked in I felt comfortable. The procedures were well explained and I was kept updated throughout the process. For the follow-up visit it seemed they were training someone new-ish on the procedure. Dr. Naik was calm and explained everything thoroughly to the trainee while also ensuring I received the best care.

Made a mistake on my appointment and instead of letting me know in a respectful manner, the blonde office manager was very rude. You can communicate with people in a way that you let them know how it should be done instead of making comments like "you take up an hour of our time" in an aggressive tone of voice. Especially when the whole office, other patients included will hear you. I work in costumer service and I would never speak that way to someone even if they are in the wrong.
