I had a really good experience at Burnaby Dentist & Orthodontist. The dentist was very gentle and explained everything clearly. The staff were friendly and made me feel comfortable the whole time. My cleaning went smoothly and I’m happy with the result. I definitely recommend this place!

I didn't enjoy my dental hygienist this visit. She sprayed me with water 2 times, she didn't let me spot often and let the vacuum hang off my mouth. She also didn't use the normal light, she used a bright head lamp and was blinding me even with the thick glasses. She assumed I had braces, she also felt like she was harassing me about that I don't floss and kept saying she is surprised I didn't have worse teeth for my age. My dental hygienist was excellent. The appointment was prompt, thorough and gentle. She explained what she was doing and how I could improve my personal care yet it did not feel like a lecture.

I had an appointment yesterday for a cleaning and it was a 10/10 experience. The hygienist who takes care of me is honestly the best — always professional, gentle, and very kind. From the moment you walk in, the whole team is welcoming and friendly. I’m currently doing my teeth alignment treatment with them using aligners, and everything has been going great so far. I really appreciate the level of care and attention they provide. Highly recommend!
