From the receptionist to the hygienist, Huda, and Dr. Nait, my experience was amazing. I've been looking for a family dentist for awhile and especially one for myself that I can trust and I can finally say I've found one. Luckily she came with a fantastic team. They treated me kindly with no judgments and just genuinely wanted to help my whole family. If my children are asking me to come back, then you know we will be!

Okay experience this time. Unfortunately, my hygienist did not seem very confident or experienced although very very nice. The scaling was uncomfortable, and the polishing did not feel thorough compared to previous visits. The checkout experience could also be improved, as the receptionist’s customer service was lacking. On a positive note, Jas was absolutely fabulous as always.
The dentist was really great, does his job professionally and with dignity. The staff explains well the treatment plans and hears, understands and respects the patient’s situation.

The staff is wonderful but the pricing is WAY off. My work covers 80-85% of the work done; however, I am getting billed and/or getting estimates for fillings, etc. that cost me $500 or less out of pocket. After speaking to other colleagues and friends at other locations, I think this location's pricing is way over the norm. For this reason, I have to lower the score and also, I have been coming to this location and previously, Arta Dental Group for decades and never had this particular issue. So, I am a bit confused.
